Returning Customers
If you've using certain browsers you may be asked to login with your email address and password.  This is caused by your browser...not our web site so there's nothing we can do to help.  Trust me, if there was something we could do we'd have done it years ago!  It might be best if you simply give us a call at either (319) 268-0939 [office] or feel free to call Jim [Owner] on his mobile phone @ (319) 415-5035. and you can place your order over the phone.  Thank you!

If you can't remember your Password or opted not to create an account you can place your order over the phone by calling us between 8 AM - 5 PM, M-F, CDT. Our phone number is (319) 415-5035.



New Customers
Some customers, depending on which browser you may be using (Internet Explorer seems to be particularly bad...), may be asked to 'LOGIN' with their email address and/or password. We have eliminated the need to do that but every once in awhile some customers are asked/required to do it. Again, the problem doesn't seen to be with our web site but rather with certain browsers that specific customers are using. If you're being asked to login you can change browsers and re-visit our web site again (and hopefully not be required to login) or you can give us a call at the office (i.e. 319-268-0939) or you can call Jim Egli, the owner, on his mobile phone at (319) 415-5035. We're located in Iowa so please use good judgement as to the time of day you call...between 9 AM - 4 PM, M-F, Iowa time would be great and we'll take your order over the phone! Thank you!
